* Express Shipping: 1 business days within Dhaka, 3-5 business days outside Dhaka
* Same-Day Delivery: Available for select areas in Dhaka (order before 12 PM)
3. Shipping Costs
* Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination
* Free shipping is available for orders over 5000 Taka within Dhaka
* Free shipping for orders over 10000 Taka nationwide
* Actual shipping costs will be displayed at checkout
4. Order Processing
* Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
* Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
* You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped
* Tracking information will be provided for all shipments
5. Delivery Process
* Our courier partners will attempt delivery during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM)
* A signature may be required for high-value items
* If you are unavailable, the courier will leave a notice with instructions
